I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Holiday Inn Express. The location was ideal, just a few steps away from the vibrant 5th Avenue and close to the beach. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The complimentary beach towel service was a nice touch. The hotel staff, especially Antonio at breakfast, was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Playa del Carmen.

Additionally, it is within walking distance to the ADO bus station and close to excursions and the ferry.
